This business had a humble beginning in 1978 as Falkinder & Guy Real Estate. A few years on we took the opportunity of acquiring a franchise with Ray White Real Estate.
From here we grew in leaps and bounds. Staff training and customer service became the milestones in our office. We had become a learning organization – constantly reviewing our structure, processes and systems.
